Project Brief:

The undertaking at hand necessitated a remarkable transformation as our clients transitioned from a Federation-style home to an Industrial styled space. Priority was to pay homage to the existing architectural features while seamlessly integrating a Modern and minimalistic approach.

 Project Info from Ash, Lead Stylist and Decorator:

As the lead Stylist on The Bayswater Project, I was initially tasked with creating a comprehensive Shopping List, Mood Board, and Styling Guide for the Open Plan Living Area, Main Bedroom, and multipurpose Living/Spare Bedroom space. This approach allowed the client to oversee all Ordering and Installation, allowing them to proceed at their own pace.

 As the process unfolded, the client quickly realized the intricacies and time-consuming nature of independently handling Furniture, Art, and Decor ordering and installation. Subsequently, they contacted me again, seeking professional assistance overseeing the Art installation and providing additional styling for the entire space.

Upon receiving the client's request, I embraced the challenge of incorporating two existing items - the Rug and Artwork - into the Living Room vision. To ensure cohesion and balance, I sourced additional Furniture, Art, and Decor items that complemented these key pieces. A priority was replacing the existing yellow wall with a cool white shade to ensure the client's cherished artwork received its deserved prominence.

 My priority was to pay homage to the beautiful fireplace while curating a cozy yet highly functional open-plan living area. I aimed to create a space that seamlessly harmonizes aesthetics with practicality.

 As the Lead Stylist and Decorator on this project, I am delighted to present the final result, which embodies elegance, comfort, and an enduring sense of style.
